I am grateful to have successfully completed the online NLP sessions of 4 days NLP Basic Practitioner conducted by Dr. Sumathi were truly insightful and transformative. She helped me understand how our thoughts, language, and behavior patterns shape our emotional state, performance, and success in life. The sessions were highly interactive, filled with meaningful discussions, practical demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.\nI especially enjoyed the different techniques such as Anchoring & Adding Resources, Eye Accessing Cues, and Changing Personal History, etc. These tools made the concepts not just understandable, but deeply experiential.
